You should give them a bank cheque once you are satisfied with everything concerning the construction.

Thanks for the replies guys. And yes, I had thought about the same thing as you have all mentioned. I should then mention that this room is not a dedicated theatre room… Thinking of PD Cremorne 41...don't think I paid that much attention to the toilet layout
