Thanks for the photos - it's helped confirm our choice to go with the Lemon Spotted Gum as well. All flooring finished today really happy with my choices in carpet EC Residence 26 100% wool and Karndean Lemon spottedgum vinyl floor planks.

Mainly H2 but some areas are class P due to fill over the top of highly reactive natural clays.

Tinkster it’s called star spangled and is tabaums(???) brand although we used Dulux paint haha. Anyway the name of the paint suits the room it’s for our America room!… Our frame arrived sooner than expected. We have been told it will be erected after Christmas. Roof and bricking to commence mid January.
