Im (attempting to) building with Format Homes, on Magnolia Boulevard.
Our estimate for footings, 276sqm, was $25k. Actual cost was $26.5, so pretty close.

Your concerns are valid, that is not "Fit for purpose" I suggest you get an engineer to review fixing/connections as per
