Touch up job on cracks in Driveway

Don't put sand in there or cement... Use an epoxy crack repair resin.

are house bricks a good option for paving backyard?

Most bricks now have holes thru them so you have to lay them on their side so you'll need a lot of them. We laid brick paving which was still good as new 10 years later…
