Lawn seed for new lawn

Lawn seed for new lawn

How cold are we talking? Snow or heaps of frosts? What is summer like ie dry/hot? If its cool and wet year round then RTF seed is one option.

The idea is to try and break the seed cycle. You won't eliminate the chance but will diminish the possibility of large outbreaks of weeds.
