Just make sure that wherever you plant the Frangipani it is free draining. They hate wet feet. I'd also plant it away from the driveway or path as others above have said…

apparently the most shade tolerant buffalo is Sapphire buffalo, can tolerate up to 60-70 percent shade? If the area is 100 percent shaded though, probably won't cope.

Yes I would be too despite the small size of your wall. If you are using 12mm reo then drill 20mm ø holes at least and use chem-set to anchor the bars to the concrete. Stewie
