The colour of the splashback is Phantom- DG3310 it is by Deco Glaze and it's on clear glass. I will put it on my blog with all the colours, it may be of some help later on.

I'd go a frosted or clouded white as it would add some visual depth and ties in with the frosted doors. It would also not impact on the freshness of your white cupboards.
