The builder has said to upgrade to 1200 we will need an extra slab. He said it will cost around $1800. We have waterfall edges so I guess that makes sense.

I think stone is the laminate of the noughties. Caesarstone is in McDonalds. Your kitchen looks good, so I'd leave it.
