Yes, not a project builder, but it's heavily customised to suit the block.Sloping blocks aren't an issue for them. It's being built on strip footings.

The posts being half notched is not an issue, in fact its been a standard for some time to not notch them at all. The thought being water can sit in the notch and rot the post out.
