looks fine, it is not a basement, it is an underfloor area that has been used to store stuff. looks neater than mine. You could pour a slab and make it more legitimate.

You are better off with render. Bagging is just ugly and looks unfinished in my opinion. If you are gonna cover the brick, might as well cover it completely
