Hi, Was wondering if anyone has done this before? We were asked to install an temporary electricity pillar before CH could start and also an electricity pit. I understand the temp electricity pillar whilst under construction would feed off the pit. I'm in an established neighbourhood with three othe...

Hi All, Was wondering if anyone can help, we are up to the tender stage and were advised if we were to take out the tender papers with the prices on them it would cost us $2,000. If we sign there straight away it would be $0 surcharge. Is this normal? Thanks. Regards, Will.

Hi All, We were quoted $4K for the 8 point data pack, which seemed excessive....did anyone manage to get around this or get it cheaper? We wanted to get our own sparky, but the sales consultant told us that there would be insulation between the wall cavities once built, so I'd imagine it would be su...

When do l negotiate price with Carlisle, is it before l put down the $1000 depoist? Agree with CBPH on this. We only tried during tender after seeing our huge site costs but to no avail. Looking back, we feel we should have bargained during sales stage itself. Or maybe we're just not good at price ...
