Check your title for easements. Why would you want to move the pipe that is there for 50 years in dead space between buildings? The current tapping is on my neighbour but an easement exists, yes. So in Qld floor wastes are not required, hence the extra cost by builder. Thanks. Could you clarify this bit as well? "If your site was cut and the tank was on the boundary, then you would have some cause for concern due to the tank's zone of influence." When we rebuild, the land was cut and filled. Do you mean this or do you mean if my land was lower than his??
