Ours will be 28sq or 258 plus extension to the outdoor room which we've doubled in size. Our block is 900sq and is set up high with views of the valley and murray river (river tree line anyway :lol: )

FYI for anyone who is reading this still, We got our evap cooling taken out of our quote and are getting it installed ourselves. The price we were quoted was astronomical! We got a top of the line breeze air one with 8 ducts fully installed for over $2000 less then quoted by the builder!

The shadow support bench is actually included in our contracts, it's suppose to be 18mm. I paid the extra $900 and got the 40mm bench as "M" said they only do 20 or 40, no 30 :?

Just wanted to thank everyone so much for all the info in this thread. We've just paid a deposit with "M" today on the Montego 28 and i've just emailed them about the kitchen bench :roll:
