All the windows, sliding doors and their frames have either significant glass scratches, acid wash damage or the frames are shredded and scratched. All our drains were blocked and I knew to check for thi...

Biggest regret going with Masterton. We are building a duplex at south west Sydney. Our site has been sitting without a roof for 8 months now, half *** job done on the bricks, not even completed. Surely the wear and tear from the frames being exposed is not acceptable? Been through 3 site superviso...

[/quote] I think your right about the budget. Extra costs that were unknown to us at the time of signing the tender are now coming in. Just been told we need to pay another $10K if we want the same bricks they used in the display home plus another $9K for the skylights. Its amazing that the one thin...

Thanks Shell90, Yeah our sales consultant kinda said the same thing that the Site Supervisor is key and he assured us we would get a good one in the area we are building in. We are building the Eclipse Duplex with the Linear Fascade, im expecting its to cost just under 900K for a turn key solution ...

Hi GillyM, thanks for the tips! Very reassuring that the window splashback is fairly easy to clean. We are planning on Luna White too and white tiles but I like the contrast of your tiles. Will look for that colour! That's great that you don't have privacy issues, very nice sweeping views too !

Just wondering if anyone can share what they've paid for a stacker door upgrade? That is a 3 glass panel door. With 2 sliding and stacking on top of each other. Mine was $1250 for 2127 stacker.

Yes dealing with M can be a pain. I have been clashing a lot with one person in M, who has been very unhelpful (do they ignore phone calls purposely?). I feel like I have to keep reminding them that I am the client and that I am paying the $$$. I escalated this to customercare and they stepped in st...

WOW - 365 working days, are you kidding me? That's almost a 2 year build, once you add rain days/public holidays & Xmas shutdown for a month (which will probably happen twice, depending on when you start the build!) When we built our villina 2 years ago it was 200 working days - surely the shor...
