Just signed our tender right on presentation day on Thurs! We are building a Oceanside 36 with Sapphire Plus inclusions. All-in with site costs is about $546K, including large provisions for electrical, colors, stairs, driveway, kitchen etc of $57k and site costs of $34k - our Kellyville land is on ...

Confirmed with NSW sales agent no prewiring for downlights starting 03/11. Only option is to go with Clarendon to have downlights as doing wiring and lights from outside is also not cheap. Sigh. Looks like we gotta do with them for downlights for the ground floor & get a sparky to do the first ...

Wow really? We got a 5k managers discount. It's strange how they offer different amounts for different people. WE are finally through CDC, it slowed because we had to get a driveway application approved before the certifier would release the plans. So hopefully we will have a fence on our site real...
