Hi, Is there anyone ever go to legal action with Clarendon ? I have talked to Solicitor, Lawyer and Fair Trading, but I need further advise before proceeding to legal 100% full-on. Cheerz.. Hi wentworth33, we went the Fair Trading route and managed to have a favorable outcome for our case.

i understand from other forums that they do include days with the roof on. are you sourcing your rain data from BOM ? Hi yes sourced from BOM ie. closest weather station.

Well.. I assumed that each building design has its own contractor and each contractor has its own performance. Hence performance difference but following Clarendon guidelines. Does it make sense? Therefore, cannot generalise all contractor are the same. each individual works differently, even they ...
