The tiler was there this afternoon doing the last bit of fixup so I went in and checked the painter had done the right feature walls in the girls rooms (which he had luckily). Congrats SteveMc! Ryalls I know the stain colour cracked me up. The raw timber is quite dark though so the stain probably is actually fairly light!

What is the Garage and entry door colour KLB? Garage door was Caoba from memory, front door stain was light oak!

Yaaaay they finally fixed them! I think the stairs would like fine tiled although the wooden stairs look fab (I could be slightly biased though considering it's similar to what I want to do!). I would steer clear of the crushed granite leading to your front door. You will walk it in and can scratch ...
