I'd say they would have been notified of what else they need to satisfy approval - it is only today's date, give them time to get to it.

It's ok, they can't do everything at once (although you wish they could).. our build took about 4 and a half months from site scrape - so not too long now :)

We have a slider frame which goes all the way to meet the bottom of the cornice, which is the same throughout

I think the cornices go up 1st so they can plaster up to them.. it might crack if they put them on after
