Are only those in stage 1 who are allowed to do "walk the lot"? Anyone here from stage 2-5 who will do theirs soon? For those who did it last weekend, is the registration date as per stockland's initial advise or was it delayed? Just wanted to set right expectations. Thanks

Guys, Just wanted to share. For our land, it is stated in the contract that we can only build 2 storey. It seems that there are areas in Elara where you cannot build single storey or maybe depends on the block. I just thought of sharing just in case.

The following is stated in the email sent from Stockland last 8th March 2015 regarding the the Northbourne release: "Please note that expected land registration date for this release is expected end of 2016 - so this is the earliest that you will be able to access the land to build your dream ...

Thanks kaycee, Our solicitor told us that expected date is May 2016 as per the letter she received. Fingers crossed.

imtellinya, those window upgrades were cheap - we changed stacker doors to quantam and they were 412 a door. Cheap? It works out to about 1.2K a window (we only upgraded 2 windows - leisure and lounge). They are nice and bulky. Did not ever think to do the same for the doors - luckily as I have run...
