ECHO The Ventura house is $227.000 before our changes and the HGWA house is S229000 before our changes. Its about $10000 just to add the store to the garage. I have Champagne tastes and Lemonade budgets. :lol: :lol: :lol:

The plan from Gemmill was fantastic, it really was, but I cant take the gamble of it all going wrong or the house being sub standard and being just "ok" when Im spending over $840k all up on the Land, Stamp duty, House and Pool. It would kill my mentally if the house didn't live up to the ...
