Im a soon to be first home owner in WA. If we buy a block of land, do we pay the stamp duty, and then get it refunded when construction starts? It’s looking better slowly getting settled in I still Feel like the house is a mess 😂 but I’ve been in between cleaning our rental and sorting out our house, we now have our front land scaping done and a letter box, but it’s such a good feeling to be in our own home :)
