Thats the other thing I wanted to comment on, your back yard looks like a really good size, definitely much bigger than ours. We're basically using the maximum space allowed on our block to build. The kids will just have to run wild at the local parks when they get a bit older.

Reco, site costs were around $20k from memory and no idea about soil tests, and Mainvue have said they'll build the right slab at no extra cost. Total upgrades so far somewhere around $100k, could be more after colour. But we've decided to throw a lot on the quote and then cut back the fat later on ...

Other builders quoted us much less but Bentley had the right design for us and the overall price was similar to other builders despite the high site costs.
