Now ive been told the SOEE report will be ready by my builder next week, then they will forward to council which will be another 6-8 weeks 😞 sooo frustrating I am confused. Has its been in Council or not?

No assessor in 7 weeks? Theres something wrong there. Im under the impression my builder sent the changes through that was required and council is going to sign off on the variations they asked for, they would of assessed the plans and gone these are things that needs to be changed to be compliant....
