It's been a while since I've put up pics. Internal frames are up and plastering has started this week, been told it should take 3 weeks as it's a big house and then the kitchen goes in! http://i169.photobucket.com/albums/u224/stiltkins75/DSC02832.jpg http://i169.photobucket.com/albums/u224/stiltkins...

My parents use travertine in their bathrooms, sorry this is not a good pic of the tiles, I took it more for the doors that open up as we've got something very similar for our bathroom and I needed it to show our builder. The tiles my parents have used on the walls are huge! http://i169.photobucket.c...

I have a step2 one, I have the darker one (not the green one) http://www.step2.com/product.cfm?product_id=1337 It's not wood but step2 is a great brand and my daughter has used it for 12 months now. She paints and draws on it and anything just wipes straight off, wood might get a bit stained. I hard...

Folding stacker doors. I think when people realise how inconvenient they are they might quickly become old hat Do you mean bifolds? Why are they inconvenient? :th: I obviously lived a very sheltered life. Totally missed seeing anything purple during the 80s, and round columns....? Or maybe I just l...

We walked through our neighbours the other day, they have just had their roof put on. He also had his plans on the ground so we picked them up and had a peak  I did a very quick walk in/out and then darted back to our property, leaving dh taking a slow stroll through the house.

That certainly is not acceptable! And certain moulds such as toxic mould are extremely dangerous. Our last rental house had a terrible mould problem, I was sick with constant throat infections and migraines, we went away on holidays for 2 weeks and I felt fantastic and within 1 day of returning home...

oh I forgot to say that my dh also works away at a mine, 9 on/5 off. What roster does your dh do? it's really really tough at the beginning with a newborn. My dh took 2 weeks off, with number two I'm demanding he takes a month off.
