The house has been ready since the last 3 weeks, but its the things that were found during Wisdom's own quality checks, paint touch ups, several rounds of cleaning, giving the last final touches that have taken time. Hi All, We just noticed something on detailed plans which we had overlooked. We have a 510step in the house which means the front ceilings are 3.2 and the rear kitchen/dining/lounge is 2.7m. If you look at the side view, the ceiling heigh is the same the whole way through the house. Walking through...

Thought I'd put a quick update. We had PCI last Thursday 22nd Nov. Seemed to go well, but several things to fix, render, paintwork and minor things. I've got my tilers in there now finishing off the house. Main floor tiling is done and waiting on completion of alresco and pool area and then it's ba...

We had gas installed this week. Not so sure about sewerage but my ss said they were waiting for weather to finish the complete external hydraulic works We got our PCI date today [emoji322] scheduled for 22nd October so fingers crossed for handover around 5th November.
