Winter it is absolutely gorgeous in this space but in summer we have maybe closed the blinds a hand full of times. Pers...

Do it right and rip up floor and lay down fibre cement sheets that are 18mm min thickness and go from there. You could also put fall in the floor and design the plumbing correctly using grate dr...

Talk to the Builder and ask them for a credit on the supply of the tiles included and give them the supplier and specs for the tiles to be installed which you want. You will have to pay n arra...

This is always a difficult position but you will be surprised how often it happens. Seek legal advice asap Make sure the house is locked up and anything that has not been installed is secure in the premises as sometimes items will now go missing. Hold off any more payments to the builder and make s...

From the information provided I see No issue with having different tiles. There is no reason 2 different tiles can not be laid side by side we do this often with checkered floors or floors with borders or inset tiling. The only thing to look for is different in thickness but most tiles are only 1 or...

The issue is mainly waterproofing which is why they say shower is hardest, if you touch or cut the waterproofing than repair i...

The cap on top just turns on and off for easy removal or wire. We use these for mounting glass balustrades but they can be used for this purp...
