Wow this is fab! I am going to suss this out with a cabinet maker for my place too! (We just bought a front loader washing machine!!!) What about a lip at the bottom of the pigeon hole so in the event that it did vibrate forward it wouldn't fall out!!?

I thought about the idea of moving but this is my first house and I am still attached to it!! I've lived near werribee train station before so I guess I wouldn't be bothered by noise/ traffic as much.. Hopefully crime/ vandalism doesn't go up though.. Yes that is my concern too.

So that would make it pretty much next to the supermarkets? No the other end of the estate - supermarkets are on Greens...

WOW that is really expensive. We paid $2700 for 2230mm wide alum bifolds - so a bit more than half the width of yours but a quarter cheaper.

They colour match! They also do take home layby with no interest!! Gr...

The screens have to be aluminum mesh to reach BAL requirements - you cant get retractable aluminum mesh unfortunately. I'm surprised you can even have the bifolds - friends of ours were set on getting bifolds but couldn't even get them at all.

My suggestion, if you're on a budget, is to get the things done by the builder that you cannot do later i.e higher ceilings, strengthen the walls for hanging, floor drains, double vanity, extra electrical (whilst it can be done later is prob a lot easier for the builder to do etc. Price everything y...

Yep - we did this. Couple of hundred dollars to do this - ours was included as we upgraded to have refrigerated cooling and have 3 phase power - so it automatically went into the garage! Hope this helps :)

In the bathroom - why not run your bath under the window and enter the shower with it's doorway that faces the toilet and then pull you vanity up where the bath is now? Also - I think the ensuite is fine the way it is!!! Good luck!

Hi there. From memory, the same facades that go on the Montrose also work on the Atlantique (I only remember this as we were tossing up between these 2 designs and were glad that the facade we liked worked for both.) So maybe open up your search to include the Atlantique as well!? Good luck!

I would have a cellar, under tile heating in my bathrooms/ensuites/toilets. A his and her ensuite. A shoe and handbag room. I would have a grand entry with a sweeping driveway to drive up to my front door. I would also have the kitchen of my dreams (too much to explain what it is!) I would have a sp...
