I get Netflix free via Foxtel. Amazing how many spam emails I get on Netflix. Anyone else get many ?

I notice one of the banks is now saying they WILL NOT include links in their messages. A great idea. It makes you use the real link. Not the one in the email/message.

I know mine was a 10 year guarantee - extended every year after so long as I keep/kept the checks/inspections going. I keep an eye around the outside and inside on a regular basis. Its not cheap - neither is the ongoing checks.
