Thanks dreamhome. I actually rung GP and they said in in their catchment. I'll be a bit annoyed if they have really tightened down out if area and I can't get in. Does look like a nice school I hate the not knowing when you will move. I have to apply for other child care centres and giving them date...

Hi all Have you guys considered your retaining walls? I keep having to pik myself up off the floor with the quotes. I wanted blocks as they look neat. 12k one side. Ummmm yeah right! Thanks guys. Gyprock is done. Looks so good. Our cornice is all wet though from rain coming in garage doorway. And the laundry doorway too. Will need to discuss with SS. Don't want them being sneeky and install wet cornice

Interesting reading about tax deductions. Can you claim anything if you're getting a house ready for rent. Not so much building. But once our house is built we need to replace carpet in this place and paint. Can we do that and claim on it ? Hass - IMO I doubt eb will do anything. I for never thought...
