I heard that the whole estate has to have the same type fencing, and the type used at Bardia will be timber fence.. Anyone else hear this?

Finally got my initial plan but lot of mistakes. Find it really weird as the propose tree is in the middle each lot, any one know how tall is the tree? I was thinking this as well... I hope they don't turn out to be massive trees!

How much was your final quote? I thought you got a good deal. To be honest I did compare my one with other cheaper smaller builder, and I found other smaller builder about 20k more! Final quote was $252k. Add further upgrades to electrical, driveway, landscaping, fencing, etc.. it was just too much...

What have people heard in relation to aeroplanes flying over Edmondson Park in the future? I hear that there may be a flight path over the area...
