walked too the shopping centre close too me took about 30 minutes too walk there was a lovely walk,went too look at bar stool's in which i wanted 4 black.they were on special $69 down too $49 and asked for 4 well only had 2 in cream no good,but they had others there and 4 in black for $59,ended up g...

thanks tan,now the ringing around starts too get everything done so close too xmas...i would think it will take us a year too get it too where we want it.... just ordered another 10 tome of rock,we need too build this land up so much,but we will get there..got 10 tone last week and another ordered f...

Hand over for our other house took place yesterday with a bit of a worry at the end.I got the phone call at around 2pm saying we didnt leave all the stuff for the house. I said"WHAT",what did she think we took??? She said we took the pool vac,in which we NEVER had had one the only pool cle...

just met the peoplke that have brought the block of dirt next too us a nice young famile so will be good having somebody getting started and building... lets get this started,they wont own the land till january and are selling there home first so looks like it will be next xmas they end up moving in...

gees, we only had paid two payments and the whole house was just about finished,we use too wonder when we were going too get asked for payments..they just didnt send us bills,was great for us... it should say on your contract when too pay after whats been done...

well i got the final amount thats due and didnt seem right too me so i phoned accounts today and they were right.....ouch!!!!!...:) i paided them wrong last payment,oups...too much happening....am i bad..... they have been so good with payments ext....its me thats hopeless!!!!!
