We had our QCI yesterday and decided to have a gander yesterday afternoon as we had to move some of our left over bricks as they were a bit close to the fence line, We saw a few things which their building inspector picked up guessing these will be fixed before our PCI, We also got a PCI date! 27/0...
Feels good to be so close to the finish line. Ditto on the sectional door photo, our SS kindly put the door down during...

PCI booked for the 28.6.18, 31 weeks since slab down and about 12 weeks since lockout. I fine tuned our landscaping plan and submitted it to Reece Plumbing last night, should have our irrigation plan back in a week. Lucky that I had dabbled with Sketchup before as hubby failed to mention that I had ...

Keeps saying they are aiming for first week in July, but won't specify and said not to book any owner trades or hand our notice in on our rental unt...

Great outcome and super quick. Your facade is looking good especially the dark render behind the face brick however I might be bias 😉 What colour sectional door are you getting ? I’ve been nervous about the render colours, I wondered if the dark was too dark and not sure on the white windows... but...

The render colour looks so good against your bricks! Can't be much left to finish off now? Thanks I went with Basalt so that the bricks would stand out and it should make a good backdrop to the front gardens. Not much to go now, paving, meter box and replacement door needs painting, flyscreens and ...

Unless the working drawings were changed since you last posted them there has been a big mistake with either the window size or location. Can't believe that the SS and your inspector missed t...

Husband called into the house this evening to check on progress. Tiling is finished, toilets, taps and showers are all in, ovens have been installed and looks like intelligent homes have been in to do their cabling. We have however found a bit of an issue.... what's wrong with this photo? h...
