Seems to be quite a few questions about Hybrids at the moment. You need to take into consideration your sub floor, concrete or yellow tonged or chip board. If you have concrete.....in my opinion always a glue down vinyl plank, not a hybrid/floating floor.

We have only just quoted to skim before laying hybrid. Its rare that we need to do it, but if the level is way out, it needs to levelled up so the joins don't break. While you have the carpet up get a second quote. Good luck :)
