@helloworld We are thinking of building the Cullen 45.. what's making it harder is that there's no display home for it. We want to add a shower to the ground floor, but taking the option from Henley removes the pantry. How are you guys going with the build ?

The bus network shows route 167 going through the estate but recommended frequency is 40min which is ridiculous. I reckon they mistook The Heartlands to a retirement community. Yep, it doesn't make sense why such a small area of Point Cook has so much coverage with routes 494, 495 & 497 with al...

baronx, I hope its all covered under warranty and PD offers you some sort of compensation for the actual danger that was posed by the workmanship issues. It surely won't be covered under Blanco warranty as the install wasn't as per specifications. No word on fixing or timings from PD yet..

Hi all.. just been over 2 years since we moved into our Porter Davis home and we have slowly started unravelling the low-grade workmanship ! Our rangehood blew up - quite literally as there was a bang and sparks. Removing the rangehood unearthed something very alarming .. there was no ducting above ...

Hi On what page of the contract do they specify the Cat5 or Cat6 sockets. Cheers - J & C We didn't have any mention of the specifics in the contract, but the drawing attached to the Argus selections explicitly mentioned Cat6 data points.

Is anybody following up over the cat 5e plugs? Update on our Cat5e / Cat6 issue.. http://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=497&p=871301#p871301 I reported it to our SS and after a few follow-ups Argus organised a techie visit. The techie said that the cables they provide are all Cat...

Would really like to avoid using Telstra due to the fact that they're lame and overpriced, but not really sure if we've got many more options currently. Going to start calling round soon, but thought I'd ask first in case someone else has already done the work!! Hi anotherlamingtondr.. I did shop a...

I wouldn't stress too much the difference between Cat5E and Cat6 in most domestic installations is nothing. Cat5E can run at or very near gigabit just the same as Cat6. Also your network is really only as fast as your slowest component. If you really want network performance you'll need to go to a ...

Hi all.. If any of you have got the Cat6 Data Network Pack, make sure your cable and sockets are all Cat6 as we’ve found out that the sockets we've been provided with are all Cat5e and possibly the same for the cable too  .
