Has anyone changed colours of you house while in construction? I don't like our render colour (studio m lighting I though it was grey) and I want to change it. Think I'll have any luck? As always I'm forever changing my plan and we recently requested for a structural change. Recently signed the contract, there is a clause saying we cannot visit the site without site manager otherwise heavy penalty will apply. Read a lot of post people even have slab party, wondering how they do that! Does anyone visit the site by yourself without SM? Tungfai looks like aloof things are...

Tungfai looks like aloof things are done differently in SA. I don't think that's the case in Mel and in Syd Glendale 39...

I can comment regarding the north estates .. From a value perspective .. Greenvale would be the premium which is arnd 25 mins, then mickleham around 50k cheaper for another 7-8 minutes further, just next to it is highlands where we've bought which is pretty big estate with lots of options including ...

They will send me the contracts plans by 10th to review and would expect to sign on the 15th. At contract u pay the 5 percent deposit ( or might get 7days not sure) Th...
