perfect! i'm sure they will know what to look out for :) independent inspectors cost a bit more for PCI anyway, so you'll be saving a bit of money. @chrinee you'll be overtaking us soon... what colour is the render? if the capping still looks odd, you could always paint it to match the render colour. We are thinking about doing the same thing with ours. Just wait and see how it all looks.

thanks @joggles, it's so so frustrating to find new mistakes, especially when they are busy fixing previous ones. Going over contract they will need pay penalty rates, which apparently is then taken off the final bill. But the rate is so small, i don't think it will encourage them too much. At the s...

thanks @breebarter i'm confident everything will be fixed to a high standard, but very disappointed that we will be going over contract. If the pace continues the way it has been we are still at least 3 months off.
