Yes we tinted Dulux paint with KG. It is a greige colour so dependant on your surrounding colours it could look beige first as opposed to grey. Gorgeous. We have kitty grey walls and love them, very flexible with different schemes. It's a solver colour but can be tinted in any paint - we opted for dulux - and so I'm sure that you could tint Taubmans with it? Would love to see your walls if you have any pics? Definitely a problem in Perth too. Spiralling land costs means developers and shires producing tiny blocks with resulting shortened set backs. Now have 'driveways' shorter than a fiesta sized car so all saloons hang across the pavement which means everyone has to walk around the car onto the road to...

I used Cap it all after Zoe's recommendation and Lewis and Charlotte are awesome. Could not recommend them highly enough. We have built in Spearwood and Lewis was willing to travel to us. Glad of hear it Nyan. Good to support a small family business too

We used Cap it All - they have a website and a Facebook page. Definitely go with recommendations. Maybe ask on a local fb page for some near you? Cap It All may go down to you but I'm not sure, they're based near Wanneroo :)

100% yes! We had one at each stage (WA also) and they picked up a few things. Despite this they still spent 5 hours on our PCI and picked up so many things I would never. My favourite was the use of a dentists mirror to check the underneath of each internal door... one was found to have been unpaint...

Well not much has changed other than getting some new furniture. The garage is still barely accessible [FACE WITH TEARS OF JOY] i hate going in there! Anyway here's a couple of pics. Is the slope the natural level of the land or something the builder has done so far? If it's the natural level unless you stipulated in the contract that the builder was to rectify it prior to the build starting I would imagine they wouldn't do it off their own back? We got keys today!! Finally!! Tiler starts first thing tomorrow morning. Hoping to be in around Jan 10! We didn't build with HGWA and opted to do blinds after handover. I had online prices quoted that would mean us installing ourselves and then found a lovely independent guy who supplies and installs for a decent amount cheaper than the budget online stores!
