We were told 4-6 weeks after joinery is completed That's so quick! I'm hoping for 6-8 as I need more time to prep and we are going away over the long weekend at the beginning of March. I am so hoping it's not ready before then. After that long weekend would be perfect haha

We've been locked up since a few weeks before Christmas and have been told that we still have about 7 weeks to wait :/ Really?! I wouldn't have thought there was 7 weeks worth of work left to do on your home :/ Hopefully they finish it sooner than the estimated 7 weeks :)

Render finished, ceilings finished, plaster set to finish by the 9th of January, lock up booked for 12th of January, woohoo. Super stoked with how much they accomplished since slab down in October. Bring on the new year ::cheerleader:: https://forum.homeone.com.au/u/78779_1513820036.JPG

Welcome to the forum, I am currently building with Easystart part of Summit Homes and their workmanship has been fantastic. We have just had roof cover, slab went down early October. It has been a fast, smooth build so far. Love your floor plan and colour choices :)

I think you're going to be pushing it for lock-up before the end of the year. I'm only just getting to lock-up this week and I'm about 4 weeks ahead of you :-? Yeah, we know we won't get to lock up but at the rate they were going it was a slight possibility. We will be close to it which is good 😊 W...

We have front landscaping included by the developer too however we were informed we had to contact them to arrange an appointment to discuss what could be done within the budget, any extras, etc. Our developer advised it is best to contact them after handover once we've leveled the front for them. Wow that is incredibly quick! Hope we get it done that quickly once they get going! I know, we are so shocked with how fast it is going up. The admin process feels dreadfully long but once you hit construction it goes by so quick, it'll be blink and you miss it before you know it :)

Looks great! May I ask how much it roughly cost for you to upgrade to the Buffalo? We want to do either artifical turf or buffalo at the front depending on how much extra the landscaper wants to charge.

Steel beams for the roof almost complete, can't believe how fast it is going up. Beamwork should be completed today or tomorrow. Definitely didn't look like there was much left to do, next up electrical chase, gutters and tube out for the plumber and the tin to go on :-D https://forum.homeone.com.au...
