If you didn't break it, it has nothing to do with you. It's common sense - you break it you pay to get it fixed. 2) With regard to your dr...

Forget the upfront cost of render. Every 10 years or so it will need painting. If you have a double storey house you'll need scaffolding. From memory, it costs about $20,000 to repaint a double storey house on the outside. Others that have done it can tell us what it actually costs. If the render cr...

My data points were $87 per run + $10 if chased in to brickwork. That's for the entire run, terminated at both ends. That was for a contract drawn up four years ago, so prices may be 10% higher now.

with the new mandatory tempering valves, the temperature never gets above 45 degrees or so. Hard to burn yourself.

As stated earlier, my children's bedroom ensuites have 76 cm wide showers. It's the minimum I would go for, so you should be OK.

The reason he gave was that he could hold on to the cheque until after the 1st July and bank it then. I suggested that I could just transfer the money into his bank account on the 1st Jul,y which I thought would have amounted to the same thing, and been cheaper for me, but he insisted on a bank che...
Then why not give him the cheque on 1st July?

Induction is safe, easy to clean and looks great. but has zone/area limitations and comes with the pricetag before you even look at forking our $1000-3000 on all new cookware. Even $1000 is a bit pricey. We moved into our new house just before Christmas. Went out to buy a complete set of induction ...
