Well we are now at the other end waiting..... just waiting...... ran into SS yesterday at the house while getting our driveway quoted.. waiting for cleaners to turn up. Looks like PCI is going to be monday... So hard , house is just sitting there while we pay the morgage and the rent here.............

Jen, I think thats a great idea. Timber always looks stunning and yes it solves your problem of colour. That way the front door, timber work and roller door are matchy matchy. painters are finished in and out - except painted the electrical box in the rain and has this really nice streaky look ... duesseldorf - doesn't the ponds have a covenants for the external finish ???. I thought it was something like 3 different textures eg Brick, clad , render ??? and different colours ???
