Jen, I am surrounded by construction and new estates. Did not see any tradies today anywhere... next doors R had no one on it and no SS to be sighted. Jo0807 - thanks for the comment on my kitchen splashback. Depending on the light they shimmer at times. Like a little disco. Once our SS saw our uneven look tiles before they were installed he had the electricians come and mark out and attach screws for the rangehood to ensure once tiles are laid up...

And Tarsha.. those tiles in our kitchen are beautiful and YES so easy to clean. They catch the light in different times of the day and glisten especially late afternoon the just shine and looks stunning. Kan, We were required to cover it with planks ( chipboard I think we used ) DH ran beams accross the pool and timber supports underneath as well. Pool is only 3 x 5m .
