Lovely.. Coming along nicely .! We upgraded our carpets aswell to cat2, so much softer on the feet.

We have polished porcelain tiles throughout our house also in toilets and both bathrooms to keep the flow. I haven't had any slip issues yet. They aren't to bad to keep clean. I'm just using a steam mop now.

Do u mean the kitchen sinks? Move it to where the stove is? Don't worry about the toilet, nobody would notice. U hehe!! Same with me where the activity/study is you can see the bathroom across so I just keep the bathroom doors closed. But I know it's the little things that bug u lol

Your Prague as the original floor plan I think looks so good. No reason to add more rooms or family space! 2yrs late and I'm still figuring out what I want to do with the extra living area. It's really a waste of space when I think about sometimes.

That's a nice frontage. I like that u get to have a wider entry, ours is 11m frontage so hallway is narrow.

Our site cost was 11,000 our land is higher than our neibours like our driveway goes upward slightly but I think it was a good deal. We also got a very good deal for the Prague at the time too got 20k off the original price so for first time home owners that's a great deal. If I had anything I would...

Hehe nice choice. we have imagine for our external cladding colour. It's a lighter beige where as oak buff is more of a grey beige I think.

Nice colour.. Simalar to to what we have Oak Buff. We also done the architraves and doors same colour.
