Hi all Metricon Doulton homeowners and those who are building We are considering this plan and going through the process trying to work out final cost. In your opinion what is an absolute MUST to upgrade in the Doulton 56? For those in their homes what do you wish you had of thought of upgrading if...
As Renman has said the 3 meter option to downstairs is the best addition to the home. I know I did it and was worth it....

Renman it is 1.1m. No wardrobes no carpeting and no landscaping in that, as I will do that after.

Status your house is going to look awesome when it's completed. Your study, rumpus and lounge looks different as you can only the frame of the opening window. Thanks Renman, a lot of the ideas I got was reading your posts and vusters which opened up my eyes to what can be done.

there were a few issues which were rectified prior to pour As I was not an expert I got NHI to inspect. They were and are thorough with there lists. The last one I did was the fixing waterproof inspection.
