Hi Navy, I read from the thread that you had structural variation prior to submission of papers to council, was it done after signing the contract? I am having issues with wisdom homes as I am thinking of the possibility of changing my facade but since it is structural, wisdom wont allow me to. Tha...

It's not from Product Estimation it's from the construction start or building commencement, my CSR gave me that period and when I received that within same week Wisdom Homes started the construction site, like site preparation, portable toilet, then week after excavation and filling. But then we lo...

Hi team, Here's our update for the last 2 weeks. 1. Stage 03, week 8, ground floor bricks installed. 2. We had introduction from our brand new Site Supervisor, which we can talk too, he's very approachable and understandable. For the past 2 weeks I give 10 out 10 score for our building progress and...

Thanks! We actually removed the door altogether in the master ensuite toilet but also have a light directly above as well so may not need a light on during the day. Based off your build thread, looks like u started around June 9 and so took about 10 months to build. Did they meet your contracted bu...

Frames are 99% complete. Just pending the rear rumpus wall which requires a galvanised beam to be made and fitted. Brick delivery should be this week and fingers crossed we can start bricks next week. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180418/97618b9a13eb690e11f248342bdb7830.jpg All right, finally ...

Just realised my earlier question was a bit dumb! What I meant was, what are some of the options to have no gap above overhead cupboards? Hi One, If you upgrade to prestige or signature you'll have the bulkhead at the kitchen. Or, may be you can negotiate to your sales rep or CSR, say if you upgrad...

Hi Steve, May be you can upgrade to Prestige package? Because the ceiling height upgrade is $5K, but if you go for Prestige; for $25K (2016 price) you will have the following: PRESTIGE INTERNAL ESSENTIALS * 2590mm ceilings to the ground floor (8'6") in lieu of 2440mm ceilings (8') * Decorative...

Hey All, I searched this thread but not that much chat regarding 2.7 ceiling heights (unless I searched wrong). We have 2590m ceiling upstairs and downstairs with square set cornice. Is it worth doing the 2.7 upstairs? I've been told by a few people it's worth the $5k upgrade but not the why it's w...

As most people mentioned, high ceilings makes the space more open and feel grander. It was a must for us and we actually got 3.2m high ceilings downstairs so cant wait to see how it looks. nice doosra, you can play basketball inside your house :-)

Hi, we had DA approval 26 Oct and our file moved to production estimating 13 Nov. I'm jealous, less than 3 weeks eh. If they can do it in three weeks for me they should be able to it for all you would think. I am also building Manhattan model. Other builder had 6, 10 and I got 21 weeks. You made it...
