In Sydney area? Whiz over to Trademaster in Granville for a project like this. I don't frequently recommend companies but TM is just so good. Not only the products and the pricing but the staff, too. As I think about recommendations, I realise that the only other Sydney enterprise I rave on about is...

What's the Hebel Power Floor these days? $100 sm? So with joists and installation you could be up for quite a bit. There's a really thick Hebel Power Floor Plus around, too, don't know anything about that product.

The embossed ribs on the Bondek provide the challenge, to any inserted insulation, as the ribs are there to grip the concrete. Sure you wouldn't prefer to go a prefabricated aerated slab way if you are committed to concrete and insulation?

20 years ago had a few spare aerated concrete blocks which were then used as part of an outdoor landscaping project - OK, shouldn't do that - last time I saw those unpainted, untreated , much rained upon blocks they were a bit rounded off on the edges but remained completely intact. Wouldn't use the...

And then there's soil desiccation and its impact on pier adhesion. Hard to win in house building, really.

Currently in late 90s brick-veneer home which as been perfectly - according to the literature - azimuthed on its acerage block.
