Got the pros. We had about 200 cubic metres of dirt to be excavated. There will be two tiers, bottom level 1m high and then the top level will be 1m at the highest point in the corner then will step down.

I think it's 3mm for the tiles too. Yay for eaves! We have had two companies come and quote us on pools not that we will be getting one straight away. Wish we could!

For those who have handed over, did you get lightbulbs? I had to rush out to bunnings and buy some after our SS told us they don't have to supply them...feeling a bit gullible as we just located our sapphire inclusions when unpacking and it says bulbs and plastic shaded are included [emoji53] https...

KLB, love your walls and flooring! :x] What color are the walls and flooring? Flooring is Classica XXL in Brianza from Harvey Norman, walls are Bright White in Taubmans :)

Haha Ryalls, they are definitely one of my favourite things in the house. Even though it was a complete hassle I'm glad I didn't just go with Clarendon's flooring people, these were what I had in my head. Went to Harvey Norman with hubby to look at carpet yesterday and we really liked the laminate that you used. We were going to stick with what we have now but a change is always good. You love them??
