Then did a bit of garden re-arranging. Moved a citrus that wasn't happy to a spot below the leech drains where a hib...

Hubby did ours in June 5 years ago with a room heater on for warmth and to help it dry and foolishly had windows closed. To say he felt a little drunk after doing a room or two was an understatement...

Hi we have cavity walls, (double brick)single storey, and recently had an additional external light and power point added to an outside wall. The electrician added it to some existing internal wiring that a power point was running from. It didn't seem to be a big issue for him to do so. So as long a...

The whirlpool threads are good but it took me a while to wade through them to work it all out. We have 2.9 but with capacity to go to 4Kw which was the inverter size we bought. We are now int eh process of getting that extra kw. I wish now we'd gone for a 5kw but at the time panels were so expensive...

Hobless /walk-in showers and wet rooms are becoming a lot more common now as well so bathroom planning might be a bit easier. Allow for wider passageways, turning points and doorways into toilets, bathrooms and bedrooms as well as for a bir or doorway in a walk-in robe. In fact any doorways ( pantry...
