Yeah the margin is if you decide you want him to buy a light fitting on your behalf for eg. He'll add %20. The fact there is no consequence to him taking 2 years to build the place basically negates the 24 week clause doesn't it?

Telstra wholesale enforce a 6 month early termination fee on all ADSL supplying ISPs, so you would be looking at a min 6 month 'contract'. It costs them all $99 to have you connected, so you're either going to pay that up front, or somewhere in a longer contract period's monthly fees. No such thing ...
