Yep 10 month old here too cruising furniture and particularly feral on this day! We took it in turns entertaining him while the other one sorted out the contract business. Hey All We signed contract on Tuesday, also after a very long 5.5 hours with baby in tow! Excited to possibly have site start in 4 weeks or before end of May hopefully!! Let the fun begin!!

We will seal our tiles ourselves. At colours the guy suggested you are able to do it as a spray or a paint from Bunnings even! We will do it after handover and before we move in. We especially want the tiled splash back behind the cook top sealed!

Hi All We have just selected colours for our build but now I am second guessing! We have selected lighter coloured upper cupboards (pumice?!) and slightly darker (velveteen) lower cupboards. Our kitchen splash back is tiled in a stone/mocha with a window reveal. Caesar stone is ivory. Really worried...

Happy Easter! Did you guys freak out the next day after colour selections?! Having a bit of a worry as those little coloured squares of laminate and stone stare back at me. It's soooo hard to tell what it will look like!

Hi guys Just a quick one - we had colour today and wanted to check if anyone had done a Cat 2 brick upgrade or knew rough costs. We are building the 36sq. Just pouring over the budget with a fine tooth comb trying to reign it in!! Thanks!

Thanks heaps guys. I think we will go and visit Boral bricks definitely then. It would be nice to see the bricks in action also! We were hoping not to have to spend too much on upgrades at colours as I said. But from what I gather, then Cat 1 bricks are a bit limited. We are after a dark/choc/mocha...
