We still have another about 6 weeks till pre-start. It's crazy about all the colours. We are breaking up the rooms into weeks so we don't overwhelm ourselves. Some colour selections from pre-start! External Main render is the lighter grey 'Cloudy Sky'. Contrast render (on the pillars of the gable) is the darker 'London Fog'. @oduen - good guess, how'd you figure? What stage would you be in? Why woudl you get $400 back of your $900 crossover? Are you referring to perhaps a refund of the footpath protection fee? Or am I missing something? I would have thought $900 would be the cost of your crossover, and you seperately p...
